Is the weakly acidic electrolyzed water still good to use after 3 years if unopened?
Acidic electrolyzed water is extremely delicate and generally said to maintain its quality for only a few days. Very few products are distributed in bottled form. Our patented manufacturing method has been verified by a third-party organization to maintain quality for over 3 years.
Is it ok if it’s accidentally ingested?
Our products have passed rigorous testing to confirm their safety, including skin patch tests, oral toxicity tests, and eye irritation tests, so you can rest assured of their safety.
The ingredients for body cleaner, item cleaner, eye cleaner, and ear cleaner are all the same 100% alkaline electrolytic water, but are there any differences?
They are made with different pH and containers. The product for goods is designed for cleaning and has a high detergency, so it is not suitable for use on the skin. Although the pH of the body cleaner is slightly lower than that for the goods, it can effectively and thoroughly remove dirt from the body and fur. The eye/ear cleaner is for use around the delicate eye area and mucous membranes, so it has a milder pH level and is made to the appropriate specifications. The container is also easy to use with cotton or cotton swabs.
Is there a replacement spray?

If stored in the above manner, the quality of the product will not change significantly even slightly past 3 months after opening. After this time, please test it in small quantities at first to check that there doesn’t seem to be any problems, and use it at your discretion.
If you notice any unusual odor or discoloration, please stop using the product.
When should I use the moist/healthy (lotion) and point skin cream (moisturizing cream) for best results?
In order to protect skin from dryness and external irritants, please use it often whenever you are concerned about the condition of your pet’s skin.
The product has been formulated so that there is no issue with applying multiple times a day.
It is recommended to use after shampooing, as the skin is easy to absorb the product at that time.
Apply to towel-dried skin, massage lightly, and then dry the fur with a hair dryer or a similar tool.
Is it different from lotion made for people?
It is made to match the pH of your pet’s skin.
Human skin is mildly acidic, with a pH balance of about 4.8, and most lotions are thus mildly acidic to match that.
Dogs however have a pH balance of 6.2 to 7.8, while cat skin is slightly alkaline at around 6.4, and as such Good Skin Days is made to match this.
Since pet skin is said to be less than 0.1mm thick, about 1/3 that of human skin, and is delicate and vulnerable to irritation, we use an additive-free formula without adding unnecessary ingredients.
Which lotion is best for my pet?
We recommend the following:
Dry skin prone to flakiness and dandruff → Moist
Sensitive skin prone to redness, itching, and frequent scratching → Healthy
Are there any differences between Point Skin Cream and Moist/Healthy lotion? Which one should I use?
While both are moisturizing lotions, the best feature of Point Skin Cream is its container, which allows for quick and easy application with one hand.
This can easily be applied while holding your pet.
Application can be done two ways, with the sponge nozzle perfect for applying to furless bellies and paw pads, while the direct nozzle is good for applying to skin, even with thick fur, with pinpoint accuracy.
Is it safe if it’s accidentally ingested?
The GOOD SKIN DAYS series is made in such a way that it is safe if licked.
However, it is not a drink, so please be careful that your pet does not drink it like such.
What does the 3rd Shampoo mean?
Unlike “ordinary scrubbing foaming shampoos” or “wipe-off shampoos,” pets can be bathed in it directly to remove dirt and grime.
As scrubbing is not necessary, it is less stressful on the body and skin for both owner and pet, and is also recommended for puppies and senior pets.
What do you mean by the terahertz effect of the 3rd Shampoo?
Fine vibrations of frequency and electromagnetic waves oscillating at 1 trillion times per second occur during bathing, which can be expected to have the effects of “removing dirt” and “improving blood flow/circulation”.
Though no additional cleaning agents (surfactants) are added, this shampoo is effective in removing light dirt.
